Learning Observed
This term Elnaz has been learning to sequence and summarise stories during reading workshops.

Elnaz has been working to identify the beginning, middle, and end of a story, before progressing to summarise the story using this language.

Elnaz actively participated and contributed in many workshops, initially showing her capability of identify beginning, middle, and end parts from shared stories.  Elnaz then worked collaboratively with others to help them to identify different parts of the story too.

After making connections and drawing on her own experiences, Elnaz was able to confidently apply her learning in order to summarise a self-chosen story using the language around beginning, middle and end.
